Lenovo Group Limited is the world’s fourth largest personal computer manufacturer after Hewlett-Packard and Dell of the U.S. and Acer of Taiwan. In 2005, it purchased the PC division of IBM.

Lenovo makes a variety of products on sale around the world such as desktops, laptops, servers, handheld computers, imaging equipment, and mobile phone handsets.

IdeaPad is a line of consumer-oriented laptop computers designed by Lenovo. The computers were placed on the market in January 2008. There are Y Series for Wide Screen, U Series for Ultra Mobile, and S Series for Netbooks.

Models in IdeaPad S Series Netbooks : S9, S9e, S10, S10e and S12 (the numbers representing the diagonal screen size in inches.)
